For some 5,000 square feet is down-sizing, for others 1,000 square feet is down-sizing. Second, I draw upon my many years of relocation, management and sales experience to answer your questions, explain the process, and guide you toward your goal. My experience has also prepared me to manage even the most difficult real estate transaction to a successful closing. My mission is to furnish you with only "nice" surprises!
